The instructors at Mindful Movement are knowledgeable and patient. They know how to adapt sessions to individual abilities and to any physical “issues” you may have.
I’ve never taken a Pilates class like jumpboard that gets the heart rate up. I recommend trying this if you’re ready for some endurance that works the core to the MAX!
